Responsibilities:
- Lead Technical Instruction: Deliver engaging live coding sessions and 1-on-1 consultations to simplify complex programming concepts across the full stack
- Ensure Project Quality: Mentor students on practical, portfolio-building projects, conducting constructive code reviews to enforce industry best practices
- Pioneer Al Integration: Successfully teach students to integrate Al features via API calls (e.g., Hugging Face) and apply these intelligent features into their final application projects
- Drive Student Success: Act as a role model, providing technical support and fostering a collaborative learning environment that prepares students for the job market
Requirements:
- Full Stack Core: Deep proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS (ES6+). Mastery of one modern JS Framework (React/Vue/Angular). Strong experience with PHP (Laravel) and Python for API development (RESTful API)
- DevOps & Cloud: Practical experience with Git (team workflows) and an understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
- AI Integration: Proven experience in using APIs for AI features. Familiarity with Hugging Face is a major asset (Understanding of RAG is a plus)
- Excellent Communicator: Ability to translate highly technical concepts into simple, actionable steps
- Passion & Empathy: Dedicated to teaching and supporting students through their growth journey
- Problem Solver: Possesses strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands on experience in Full Stack Development
- Experinece as IT Trainer, Mentor, Lecturer, Bootcamp Facilitator, or Technical Instructor is highly preferred
- Certification Plus: Holding a BNSP certification or other certification is highly preferred
