Company Description
Early Sound and Audio is a sound and audio contractor providing expert and comprehensive services in Audio, Visual, Lighting, Control (AVLC) System Integration, and Acoustic Treatment. Since 2023, we have successfully met the needs of both small and large-scale projects throughout Indonesia.
Role Description
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and other sales activities.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and project stakeholders.
3. Conduct client meetings to understand customer requirements and project needs.
4. Prepare sales quotations and proposals in coordination with the engineering and design teams.
5. Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and project opportunities.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project pipelines.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
8. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
9. Attend product training sessions and continuously improve knowledge of AV and acoustic solutions.
10. Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations, site visits, and industry events.
Qualifications
1. Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, AV, IT, electronics, or related industries is an advantage.
4. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
6. Comfortable meeting customers and conducting sales presentations.
7. Good organizational and follow-up skills.
8. Able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
9. Familiar with Microsoft Office (M365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
10. Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A or SIM C) and willing to travel for client meetings.
