Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the construction team, ensuring all project activities are completed with high quality, on schedule, and within budget.
- Implement project plans in accordance with approved contracts, drawings, and specifications.
- Manage workforce deployment, including task assignments, supervision, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Handle the preparation of material requisitions, delivery clearances, and equipment pull-out documentation.
- Review, assess, and verify the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for assigned projects in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Secure required work permits, clearances, and other project-related approvals.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Uphold safety standards and promote a safe working environment at all construction sites.
- Perform additional duties or tasks as may be assigned periodically.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Professional License (Board Passer) is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant construction experience
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to coordinate effectively with teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Willing to be assigned to various project locations within or outside Metro Manila
- Must be open to working overtime when required
