KUALIFIKASI:

  • S1 Teknis Sipil/Arsitektur/Teknik Bangunan Gedung

  • Pengalaman min.3 tahun sebagai pengawas proyek gedung bertingkat

  • Menguasai struktur atas & pekerjaan arsitektural


KEAHLIAN TEKNIS:

  1. Mahir membaca gambar kerja (arsitektur,struktur,MEP)

  2. Memahami pelaksanaan teknis : formwork,pembesian,pengecoran,elevasi,plumbing,facade,finishing interior

  3. Mengetahui standar mutu (SNI,ASTM,ACI)


SOFTWARE WAJIB:

  • AutoCAD

  • Ms.Project/Primavera

  • Revit/BIM360

  • SketchUp
