Customer Service Representative – Retail Account

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with retail-related inquiries through voice support.
- Troubleshoot basic technical concerns involving products, accounts, or online services.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately.
- Provide timely and professional resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions using company systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer service performance standards.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- Minimum of 1 year Technical Customer Care Experience (Tech CCE).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
