What You'll Do:
- Assist customers with inquiries about retail products, orders, and services.
- Resolve customer concerns through phone, chat, or email while delivering excellent service.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and account-related requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
Qualifications:
- No call center experience required
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- C1 level English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
