Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and accurately transcribe Hindi audio files, ensuring superior language fidelity and clarity.
- Audit and correct machine-generated transcription outputs, applying a fluent understanding of Hindi language and nuances.
- Add detailed metadata tags and annotations to transcriptions for enhanced data organization and retrieval.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail by spotting and correcting inconsistencies, errors, or ambiguities in scripts.
- Collaborate with the customer's team, providing feedback and insights into the transcription and annotation process.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, client-ready transcription and annotation projects.
- Uphold data privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent proficiency in spoken and written Hindi.
- Demonstrated expertise in transcription, annotation, and metadata tagging of Hindi audio content.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and documentation.
- Experience in correcting and editing machine-generated transcriptions for errors and contextual relevance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using transcription software and familiar with digital collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an audio engineer, data annotator, or professional transcriber.
- Background in linguistic data processing or working with large-scale audio datasets.
- Understanding of AI or machine learning data annotation processes (a plus, but not required).
