Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  1. Melakukan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi kandidat (Job Posting, Selection, Psychological Test, Schedule Candidate for Interview, Interview, Background check, Reference Check, Arrange for user interview, Placement).

  2. Bertanggung jawab terhadap pemenuhan SDM sesuai dengan target yang telah disepakati bersama user.

  3. Membuat laporan rekrutmen setiap minggu untuk dilaporkan kepada atasan langsung.

  4. Sourcing kandidat baik melakukan kerjasama dengan Universitas atau Sekolah dan melalui media sosial.

  5. Melakukan perancangan dan strategi untuk pemenuhan kandidat sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

  6. Melakukan input data karyawan baru di sistem HRIS.


Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi/ Manajemen.

  2. Memiliki pengalaman internship / pekerjaan yang selaras akan menjadi nilai tambah.

  3. Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik, jujur, teliti dan cekatan.

  4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan hubungan interpersonal yang baik.

  5. Bertanggung jawab dan Target Oriented.

  6. Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas.

  7. Ditempatkan di Kebayoran Lama - Jakarta Selatan.
