Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Trade, E-commerce, Business, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, product marketing, or product management.
Good understanding of Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 4) is required .
Good English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Experience managing product categories or marketplace projects is an advantage.
Willing to work onsite (WFO) in North Jakarta.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor sales performance and analyze product sales trends.
Support new product launches, pricing strategies, and category management.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
Monitor product pricing and gross profit margins, and recommend improvements.
Track inventory levels and coordinate product replenishment and clearance plans.
Collaborate with the China headquarters product team and local teams to support product development and marketing initiatives.
Prepare product performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
Support cross-functional projects to improve e-commerce business performance.
