Tasks & responsibilities:
-Membuat schedule jangka panjang untuk menentukan sistem komputer perusahaan yang perlu diupdate dan pengukuran keamanan jaringan
-Monitoring inventory dari perangkat elektronik hingga mengetahui kebutuhan aksesoris untuk pengadaan
-Memberikan perbaikan dan instalasi komputer di lingkungan karyawan
-Melakukan riset teknologi terbaru untuk memperkuat sistem komputer perusahaan
-Membuat survei keperluan pengetahuan IS perusahaan
