Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development.
- Strong background in Digital Marketing and Brand Management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasing personality with a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Social Media Management, and Marketing Tools.
- Knowledge of online and offline marketing strategies is an advantage.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns while monitoring performance and results.
- Background in the medical or healthcare Representative is an advantage but not required.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Plan, implement, and manage promotional campaigns while monitoring analytics to ensure cost-effective results.
- Present products and services to prospective clients with confidence and professionalism.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and day-to-day coordination.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
