Kualifikasi:
• Pengalaman sebagai Data Scientist 2-4 tahun
• Mampu mengolah data skala besar (ratusan juta baris)
• Python (pandas, scikit-learn) untuk analisis dan modeling
• Machine Learning: klasifikasi dan regresi, terutama gradient boosting (LightGBM / XGBoost)
• SQL dan query data besar (Hive / Spark SQL)
• PySpark untuk pemrosesan data terdistribusi
• Time-series forecasting (Prophet atau sejenisnya)
• Terbiasa kerja end-to-end: data mentah, modeling, hingga implementasi
• Mampu bekerja mandiri
• Komunikasi dengan stakeholder bisnis
Nilai plus:
• Pengalaman dengan Dataiku, Vertex AI, atau platform DS low-code sejenis
• Optimization (OR-Tools / linear programming)
• Background industri perbankan / finansial
• Data visualization dan dashboarding
