Your Responsibilities:
Creative Coffee Recipes: Responsible for formulating signature coffee and non-coffee beverage concepts that effectively showcase the distinctive characteristics and superior quality of Rasa Group’s syrups, powders, and purees. Furthermore, this role involves establishing a comprehensive coffee pairing framework designed to systematically align diverse coffee flavor profiles with complementary sweet and savory food items, thereby delivering a cohesive and sophisticated sensory experience.
Training & Demonstration: Demonstrate and present new beverage concepts to internal teams, management, and business partners. Host inspiring, interactive workshops and training sessions for staff and partners. Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams, as well as external partners, for special events and activations.
Keeping the Workspace Aesthetic: Maintain a spotless, well-organized, and fully operational workspace at all times.
What We Are Looking For:
Coffee Obsessed: You know the difference between natural, and washed coffees and genuinely care about extraction
Curious & Experimental: Unafraid to fail fast and iterate until a flavor is flawless
Genuine Passion for Beverage Creation: Experience as barista, bartender, or in beverage R&D is a big plus
Confident & Engaging: Comfortable demoing in front of crowd, while clearly communication product value and partnership benefits
Team Player: You step in where needed, keep the communication clear, and hype-up your co-workers
