Responsibilities

  • Respond to comments and inquiries in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner.
  • Foster an active and positive online community, encouraging interaction and discussion.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates.
  • Analytics & Reporting:- Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth).
  • Use insights from data to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders on social media performance and ROI.
  • Brand Voice & Consistency:- Maintain and evolve a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media communications.
  • Ensure brand messaging is cohesive and effective in achieving marketing goals.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in AI and content strategy.
  • Exceptional understanding and application of brand voice across diverse platforms.
  • Proficiency with social media scheduling and management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated success in driving online engagement and building communities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
