Job Description:
Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns across various objectives, including Awareness, Traffic, Lead Generation, and Conversions.
Define, manage, and refine target audiences using interest-based targeting, behavioral targeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve performance and business objectives.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL, and other relevant KPIs.
Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, ad copy, and placements to continuously improve campaign performance.
Set up, monitor, and optimize Facebook Pixel and conversion tracking events to ensure accurate data collection and attribution.
Collaborate closely with the Content and Sales teams to ensure advertising campaigns align with the overall sales funnel and business goals.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Stay up to date with the latest Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising policies, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
Job Requirement:
Minimum education Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Communication Science, Marketing, or related degree is a plus point
At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Hands-on experience managing Facebook Pages.
Strong understanding of sales-oriented and engagement-focused content.
Good communication and basic copywriting skills.
Target-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
Responsive, proactive, and able to work independently.
