Core Programming - Golang and PHP Proficiency
Core Programming:
- Golang: Minimum 2+ years of experience. Must demonstrate deep knowledge of concurrency (goroutines, channels, sync package), modules, and idiomatic patterns.
- PHP: Minimum 2+ years of experience with Laravel or CodeIgniter frameworks.
- Software Architecture: Proficiency in designing scalable microservices, API design (REST, gRPC), and distributed systems. Candidates must apply SOLID principles and understand event-driven architectures. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate expertise in normalization and denormalization strategies to effectively handle large-scale data and ensure system scalability.
- Database Management: Expert-level SQL/NoSQL knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL). Skills must include schema versioning, optimization, indexing strategies, and data modeling.
- Modern Development: Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum, and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude). Candidates should demonstrate the ability to balance AI efficiency with human judgment and code quality
Software Architecture - System Design & Architecture
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable software systems
- Understanding of microservices architecture patterns
- Knowledge of API design principles (REST, gRPC)
- Experience with distributed systems concepts
- Understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles
- Event-driven architecture and message queuing systems
Database Management - Database Expertise
