Job Description :
Build and maintain networking & relationships with VIP guests while ensuring guest satisfaction & loyalty.
Ensure smooth VIP section operations, including managing reservations, guest lists (GL), and accurate table allocations.
Build and maintain external networks and public relations (PR) to expand the VIP guest database.
Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally while maintaining accurate customer records and guest preferences.
Requirement :
Minimum 3–5 years of experience handling VIP guests, premium high-value clients, in VIP Guest Relations, Hospitality, Nightlife, or Luxury Service.
Previous experience in a nightclub environment with strong sales skills and excellent customer service.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to maintain strong connections with VIP guests.
