Qualifications

Pendidikan

Pengalaman

Minimal 10 tahun pengalaman di industri restoran, hospitality, hotel, atau F&B chain.
Minimal 5 tahun sebagai Executive Chef, Group Executive Chef, atau Corporate Chef.
Memiliki pengalaman mengelola beberapa outlet (multi-unit operation).
Berpengalaman menangani Hot Kitchen, Pastry, Bakery, dan Production Kitchen.
