Job Description
Manage dan maintain cloud & virtual infrastructure agar tetap secure, stable, dan high availability.
Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, dan optimize environment VMware, OpenStack, Sangfor, atau platform virtualisasi lainnya.
Administer Windows Server & Linux Server (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL, dll).
Support operasional cloud environment di AWS dan membantu implementasi kebutuhan bisnis.
Monitor performa infrastruktur menggunakan Grafana, PRTG, atau monitoring tools lainnya, serta melakukan proactive issue detection.
Investigate, troubleshoot, dan resolve infrastructure issues bersama tim terkait.
Dokumentasikan konfigurasi, incident, dan operational activities dengan baik.
Berkontribusi dalam automation, improvement, dan pengembangan cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
D3/S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Komputer, Teknik Elektro, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman 1–2 tahun di Cloud Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, System Engineer, atau role serupa.
Familiar dengan VMware, OpenStack, Sangfor, atau platform virtualisasi lainnya.
Menguasai administrasi Windows Server dan Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL, dll).
Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan AWS (basic–intermediate).
Terbiasa menggunakan monitoring tools seperti Grafana, PRTG, atau sejenisnya.
Memahami konsep cloud infrastructure, virtualization, networking, server, dan storage.
Mampu melakukan troubleshooting serta problem solving pada infrastruktur cloud.
Memiliki mindset yang proaktif, detail-oriented, dan senang belajar teknologi baru.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun kolaboratif dalam tim.
