Job Description
The Brand Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of brand strategies to strengthen brand awareness, increase market share, and drive business growth. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing brand marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor brand performance, sales trends, and market activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for marketing projects.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Support product launches, promotions, and other marketing activities.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Manage marketing budgets and timelines for assigned projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Perform other duties related to brand management as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product management.
- Experience in the FMCG, food and beverage, or retail industry is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and market research.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to travel when required.
