- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding their investment accounts and services.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to annuities and 401(k) products.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes.
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of various financial products.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Senior High School Graduate or completed at least 2 years in College
- Experience Level: 1 year BPO Experience
- Skills and Competencies: FINRA Series 6 License Active
- Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledge of annuities and 401(k) plans
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive
