- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain an accurate applicant database.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and labor regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience in volume hiring is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
