Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, providing excellent service, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
As the first point of contact for clients and team members, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and accurate record-keeping. This position also offers strong opportunities for professional growth and expanded responsibilities over time.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EDT

Monthly Compensation: 1,015 to 1,100 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide general receptionist and administrative support to the team
  • Manage email correspondence and respond in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and appointment information
  • Take detailed notes and maintain organized records
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Answer, screen, and route calls to appropriate team members
  • Handle approximately 20 inbound and outbound calls daily, ensuring professionalism and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic office tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong note-taking skills
  • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
  • Ability to handle a moderate daily call volume
