Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care and hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet.
- Provide physical support to patients to help them with daily activities and mobility.
- Communicate effectively with patients to understand their needs and monitor their health condition.
- Take and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Maintain a clean and comfortable environment by changing bed sheets, pillowcases, and other linens.
- Assist the nursing and healthcare staff in implementing patient care plans.
- Ensure the personal comfort of patients and engage with them through conversation, reading, and other leisure activities.
- Maintain accurate patient records and report any unusual incidents or changes in a patient's condition to superiors immediately.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Caregiving Certificate OR a Diploma (D3/D4) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Nursing.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a relevant healthcare or caregiving setting is required.
- Language: Intermediate proficiency in English.
