Job Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping activities.
Prepare accounting vouchers, journals, and financial reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
Support tax filing and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
Verify invoices and maintain accurate accounting documentation and records.
Complete other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
? Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
Experience
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Previous accounting experience is an advantage.
Language Skills
Proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
HSK Level 3 or above is required.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially:
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Microsoft PowerPoint
Soft Skills
Detail-oriented and highly accurate.
Responsible with strong ethical standards.
Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Strong learning ability and able to work under pressure.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
