Job Description
• Manage and motivate teams to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Manage Showroom and make important decisions about its control
• Analyze sales figures and future sales predictions
• Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning
• Assess and review staff performance
• Respond to customer complaints and comments
• Oversee special promotions
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry and monitor local competitors
Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Previous history as retail manager or in other managerial position.
• Strong working knowledge of management best practices.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organization, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
• Strong style sense and an eye for merchandising.
• Familiarity with data analysis and customer traffic principles.
• Computer skills, including retail management software.
• Required Skill(s): Selling Skill, Negotiation Skill, Presentation Skill.
