? Position: General Affairs Supervisor
Join our team to oversee facilities, compliance, and corporate affairs, ensuring smooth operations and governance in the food manufacturing industry.
? Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate GA’s daily operations (office management, utilities, security, cleaning services).
Manage facilities and equipment maintenance to support uninterrupted manufacturing activities.
Oversee company assets (vehicles, office equipment, supplies) with proper usage and accurate inventory control.
Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and HSE standards in the food manufacturing industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Manage company permits, licenses, and administrative documents in line with legal requirements.
Support HR and management in employee welfare, company events, and operational support activities.
Prepare and manage GA reports, budgets, and cost optimization initiatives.
Handle SIINAS (Sistem Informasi Industri Nasional) reporting and compliance.
Coordinate corporate affairs activities, including RUPS (General Meeting of Shareholders), board meetings, and governance events.
Manage legal and corporate documentation, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
? Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs, preferably in manufacturing (food industry experience is a strong advantage).
Strong understanding of facility management, compliance, asset control, and corporate governance.
Experience in SIINAS reporting, corporate affairs (RUPS, board meetings), and legal documentation.
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and GA-related systems.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Strong knowledge of government regulations, legal compliance, and corporate governance practices.
