Job Description
- Prepare, bake, and present pastries, breads, and baked goods in line with company standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and product quality across all bakery items.
- Supervise and train junior pastry & bakery team members within your section.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the pastry & bakery production area.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with inventory control.
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and bakery production standards are upheld.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a CDP or similar role in a pastry & bakery environment.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, cake decoration, and commercial bakery equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
