- Support Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) activities to ensure products meet established quality standards.
- Report any abnormal conditions identified during inspection or production processes to the Team Leader or Group Leader.
- Prepare and revise Finished Goods Standards and maintain raw material expiry date information.
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for local shipments.
- Develop and maintain internal and external equipment calibration schedules.
- Prepare equipment and instruments for external calibration.
- Monitor and manage QA operational requirements, including laboratory equipment and reagents.
- Perform routine maintenance of QA facilities and equipment, including calibration and preventive maintenance.
- Support the implementation of the Quality Management System (ISO), internal and external audits.
