We are looking for a Project Analyst – Strategy & Growth to support corporate-level strategic initiatives and growth programs through structured analysis, planning, and project monitoring.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, business analysis, or project management roles.
Strong understanding of business strategy, growth initiatives, and performance management.
Solid analytical skills, including data analysis and basic financial/business modeling.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (analysis, dashboards, and executive presentations).
Proficient in using SQL for data extraction, data validation, and basic data analysis.
Detail-oriented, analytical, communicative, and able to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of corporate strategic initiatives and growth projects.
Conduct business performance analysis, market assessment, and growth opportunity evaluation.
Prepare dashboards, periodic reports, and executive-level presentations for management.
Monitor progress of strategic projects and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Commercial, etc.) to support strategy execution.
