Handle patient inquiries via telephone, email, or social media in a polite and professional manner
Resolve patient issues quickly and efficiently

Requirements:
Minimum education Diploma/Bachelor's degree in all majors
Having a medical and pharmaceutical background will be prioritized
Able and active in communicating in English
