We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee the replenishment and inventory fulfillment of vending machines. The ideal candidate will coordinate product dispatch, monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and work closely with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient product replenishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily replenishment schedules for vending machines.
- Monitor warehouse inventory and ensure timely product dispatch.
- Prepare and verify product orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and service teams to ensure efficient delivery operations.
- Track inventory movements, machine refills, product returns, and stock adjustments.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by coordinating replenishment requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and fulfillment reports.
- Investigate and resolve inventory and delivery discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for product handling, storage, and cleanliness.
- Support vending machine installations, relocations, and other operational projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory and fulfillment activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment operations.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, distribution, or vending machine operations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
