- About the role
As a Sales Executive at PT Blue Waves Hospitality Indonesia, the parent company of PT Gelimang Artamas, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue for the company’s event and function offerings in the Bandung and Jakarta region. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to be based in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new clients (corporate, communities, event organizers, etc.)
- Promote and sell products/services for: Corporate gatherings, Private events, Catering/group bookings
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct regular sales visits and client meetings
- Prepare proposals and pricing quotations
- Coordinate with operations team for event execution
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain and report sales pipeline and activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales (F&B / hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and confident in client acquisition (hunter mindset)
- Strong network (corporate / community / event) is a plus
- Target-driven and comfortable working under pressure
- Professional appearance and attitude when meeting clients
