About the Role
PT Blue Waves Hospitality Indonesia, the parent company of PT Gelimang Artamas, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's procurement activities by sourcing products, coordinating with vendors, managing purchase orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle daily purchasing and procurement activities.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best pricing and quality.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
- Verify invoices and delivery documents before submitting them for payment.
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.
What We're Looking For :
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of purchasing procedures and procurement processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing or ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred.
