Job Description :
Assist in sourcing and negotiations to suppliers to meet project requirements and budget.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to understand material specifications and timelines.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and inventory levels
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and keep abreast of industry trends
Create an Indirect PO and ensure on-time delivery.
Check the completeness of the invoice and recap handover of invoices for finance.
Scan contract documents and invoices including make UPAR (Urgent Payment Request).
Create GRPO and making PAR (Payment Request).
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
Has at least 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of technical specifications related to materials and engineering processes.
