Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in International Business, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales is a plus.
- Target-oriented, strong communication, and excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficient in business email and office applications.
- Basic understanding of export-import processes is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers for export and import services.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and present export/import quotations (FCL & LCL).
- Proactively follow up on offers to ensure successful closing.
- Work closely with pricing, overseas, and operational teams.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
