We are currently looking for an EXIM (Export Import) professional to join our team at Inwa Bags Group with the following requirements:
1. Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in export-import, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong understanding of export-import procedures, bonded zones, and customs regulations.
4. Proficient in handling export-import documentation and customs clearance.
5. Must possess a customs certification (Sertifikat Kepabeanan).
6. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is a plus.
As an EXIM (Export Import), you will have the following responsibilities:
1. Prepare, review, and process export-import documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other necessary paperwork.
2. Ensure all documents comply with customs regulations and destination country requirements.
3. Coordinate with internal departments (production, sales, warehouse, and logistics) to support shipment schedules.
4. Communicate with freight forwarders, customs agents, suppliers, and buyers to ensure timely and smooth operations.
5. Track the movement of goods and ensure on-time delivery.
6. Resolve any issues related to export-import documentation or logistics.
7. Maintain accurate and organized filing of export-import documentation.
8. Support the management of international orders and respond to customer inquiries from overseas markets.
