Job Description:
Support the implementation and operational control of projects and improvement initiatives in alignment with company operational and strategic objectives.
Ensure project governance, reporting standards, documentation, operational processes, and supply chain activities are implemented consistently across projects and operational functions.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project execution, operational activities, procurement processes, inventory management, logistics movement, and supply chain operations run effectively according to agreed plans.
Monitor project and operational performance related to scope, schedule, cost, productivity, resource utilization, inventory availability, procurement progress, logistics performance, and supply chain readiness.
Support management decision-making by providing accurate analysis, dashboards, reports, operational insights, and supply chain performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), company procedures, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, project execution effectiveness, inventory control, procurement efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.
Skill and Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering.
Having RELEVANT 1-3 years experience in manufacturing / petrochemical industry in some of following will be very added value: operational reporting & KPI monitoring, project monitoring & CAPEX control, production forecasting & operational planning, operational improvement projects, cross-functional project coordination.
Strong analytical thinking & problem solving, high initiative & ownership.
Good communication & coordination skill supported with leadership capability.
Project management capability.
