Job Description

Shifting 24x7.
Cloud service fulfillment (VMWare, KVM, Openstack, Acronis, Zerto, Linux, Windows Server).
Cloud service operation (Backup/Restore Management, IP Management, Reporting).
Cloud service monitoring (MRTG, PRTG, Grafana).
Cloud L1 incident handling.
Support coordination to customer in troubleshooting.

Requirement

Having knowledge in Sys. Administrator (any distro of Linux, Windows Server).
Having knowledge in Cloud Computing (VMWare, KVM, Openstack, Zerto, Acronis).
Having knowledge in Basic Networking (OSI Layer, TCP/IP, Subnetting, Static Routing, Switching).
Having knowledge in Networking Tools (MRTG, PRTG, Grafana).
Able to work as part of a team or individually and capable of working under pressure conditions.
Understanding the concept of Customer Service Oriented.
