ReHEAL – Healing Massage & Therapy sedang mencari HRD Recruiter yang berpengalaman dan memiliki keahlian kuat dalam merekrut fisioterapis / tenaga kesehatan. Kami membutuhkan HRD yang terbiasa mencari dan menarik kandidat fisioterapis berkualitas, serta mampu mengelola proses rekrutmen secara efektif. Jika kamu memiliki passion di bidang recruitment dan healthcare talent acquisition dan tentunya juga memiliki kemampuan serta pengalaman basic HRD, kami ingin bertemu.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Bertanggung jawab dalam proses rekrutmen end-to-end untuk posisi fisioterapis dan tenaga kesehatan lainnya

  • Aktif mencari dan merekrut kandidat fisioterapis berkualitas

  • Melakukan sourcing kandidat melalui job portal, database, komunitas, dan berbagai channel rekrutmen

  • Melakukan screening CV, interview awal, dan koordinasi interview dengan user

  • Mengelola database kandidat dengan pipeline dan laporan rekrutmen

  • Mengurus administrasi HR seperti BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

  • Mendukung aktivitas penggunaan HRIS untuk HR Administration & GA

  • Bersedia melakukan sosialisasi atau koordinasi ke cabang jika diperlukan


Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan S1 (Psikologi / HR / jurusan terkait menjadi nilai plus)

  • Wajib memiliki kemampuan kuat dalam merekrut fisioterapis / tenaga kesehatan

  • Berpengalaman sebagai HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition minimal 1 tahun

  • Memahami administrasi BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

  • Mahir Microsoft Excel & pengolahan data

  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan networking yang baik

  • Bersedia support HR & GA

  • Diprioritaskan memiliki database kandidat fisioterapis / tenaga kesehatan

  • Diprioritaskan pengalaman rekrutmen di klinik, wellness center, rumah sakit, atau healthcare industry
