Join the dynamic team at BRADY MELBOURNE PROPERTY GROUP' as a Sales Marketing Consultant. In this full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and marketing efforts, helping to expand our reach and achieve our ambitious growth goals.
What you'll be doing
Promoting & prospecting the company’s project to customers and agents
Achieving the sales target
List and sell apartments in Melbourne CBD
Sell a variety of properties. From 1 bedroom apartments to luxury penthouse
Prospect for listings from large company database and external database
Enjoy uncapped earning potential. Make as much $$$ as you want
Manage and run innovative Marketing Campaigns & Strategies
Being able to make Social Media Promotion
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Majoring in Marketing & / or graduated from Universities in Melbourne & / or Reputable University
At least 3 years experience of Real Estate / Residential Sales or selling Luxurious Products
Experienced in prospecting and maintaining databases
Be motivated to pursue and generate new opportunities
Fluent in written and spoken English
A demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
Can use Canva or other Graphic Design Program
Strong self motivation & initiative, optimistic and eager to be earn more income
Good time management, networking, communication & negotiation skill
An ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
High level of personal and professional presentation
Willing to work on weekends and travel to out of Jakarta ( during the exhibition only )
