  • Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders in Sales and Manufacturing for Indonesia business unit.

  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business growth, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Review and assess HR and operational processes within each business unit to ensure efficiency, compliance, and best practices.

  • Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in people management, organizational structure, and workflows.

  • Support continuous improvement of HR processes in coordination with HR Managers at each business unit.

  • Handle and support resolution of employee relations issues, disciplinary cases, and workplace conflicts in collaboration with local HR teams.

  • Ensure consistent application of company policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures across all assigned units.

  • Act as an escalation point for complex HR cases.

  • Implement and cascade HR programs, initiatives, and policies from Head Office to all assigned business units, such as performance management, talent development, engagement initiatives, culture programs, etc.

  • Serve as the key HR contact between Head Office and Indonesia business units.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 6–8 years of HR experience, preferably as HRBP or in a generalist role in FMCG industries

  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor regulations, and employee relations.

  • Experience working with multiple business units and stakeholders across regions or countries is an advantage.

  • Fluent in spoken Mandarin for daily business communication; proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently, handle complex situations, and manage multiple priorities.

  • Willing to be placed at Pantai Indah Kapuk
