Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be responsible for 3PL Warehouse KPIs Performance, analyze & identify areas of improvement. Conduct monthly Stock Opname with Warehouse team to ensure physical stock matches system records

  2. Optimizing outbound delivery performance with cost-saving initiatives, strengthening processes and policies, and leveraging systems

  3. Responsible for eCOM cancellation driven by DC/inventory and work with all teams to make sure products are returned/refunded. To keep track of the accuracy of consumer shipments and on-time delivery & coordinate consumer claims handling and investigation between CS and 3PL warehouse team.

  4. Work closely with eCOM channel team on peak and burst activations, such as 6/6 or 11/11 and align DC capacities to deliver business as per agreed SLA

  5. Responsible for all eCOM returns, timely closure of RMA, and ensuring stock is back in the racks by working closely with CS teams and 3PL teams. Conduct deep dive analysis of eCOM returns and identify major factors driving returns and work with cross functional teams to reduce the returns %

  6. Ensuring continuous creative improvement process thru problem identification and problem analysis.


Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in using e-commerce management software(Bigseller/Jubelio) and warehouse management systems (WMS), and checking system data against physical documents. Have experience in logistics management in e-commerce

  2. Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, and return refund logistics processes.

  3. High accuracy in managing Stock Opname and financial records

  4. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders

  5. Ability to supervise staff and manage assets across specific locations
