Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management: Execute asset allocation and manage mutual funds/portfolios.
Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive macroeconomic, equity, fixed income, and financial market research.
Performance Reporting: Presentation & documentation.
Ability to conduct risk analysis is a must.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Technical & Licensing:
License (mandatory): Possess an active Investment Manager License (WMI).
Certification: CFA or CSA designations are advantageous.
Tools: Familiarity with financial information systems (Bloomberg, IBPA, etc.).
Skill: Proven expertise in quantitative data analysis and valuation.
Experience & Background:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience as fund manager in the capital market.
Track record of managing a minimum Asset Under Management (AUM) of Rp 1 trillion is preferred.
Soft Skills
Advanced level of communication and interpersonal skills.
Discipline, detail, mature, and self-starter.
Excellent written and conversational English.
