PT Top Intera Jaya, perusahaan manufaktur dan retail fashion & leather-based accessories terkemuka di Indonesia, sedang membuka kesempatan karir untuk posisi Content Creative Specialist (Medium to Senior Level).


Kami mencari seorang profesional kreatif yang memiliki visi visual yang kuat, adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi terkini, serta mampu menyusun strategi dan memproduksi konten digital yang dapat meningkatkan brand equity serta penjualan lini produk fashion wanita kami (Les Catino, Gobelini, & OGGI).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Merencanakan, memproduksi, dan mengeksekusi konsep konten visual (video & foto) yang estetik dan komersial untuk kebutuhan platform digital (Instagram, TikTok, E-commerce).
  • Memantau dan menganalisis tren fashion wanita global maupun lokal untuk diimplementasikan ke dalam strategi konten perusahaan.
  • Melakukan proses editing video/foto secara mandiri dari tahap pra-produksi hingga pasca-produksi.
  • Mengintegrasikan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI Tools) guna mengoptimalkan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan inovasi dalam pembuatan konten kreatif.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim Marketing, Live Streamer, dan Desainer Produk untuk memastikan konsistensi pesan brand.


Requirements:


  • Pria, usia maksimal 30 tahun.
  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (diutamakan Jurusan Komunikasi, Desain Komunikasi Visual, Broadcasting, atau bidang terkait).
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1-3 tahun sebagai Content Creator/Creative (diutamakan yang berpengalaman di industri fashion wanita).
  • Wajib melampirkan portofolio kerja yang menunjukkan kemampuan produksi dan penyuntingan konten.
  • Menguasai kemampuan basic video & photo editing (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, CapCut, atau software sejenis).
  • Memiliki keahlian dan terbiasa mengoperasikan AI Tools untuk mendukung proses editing dan pembuatan aset kreatif (seperti Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, dll).
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai algoritma dan audiens di media sosial.
