Job Summary
PT Artadia Kreasi Global is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor. This position is responsible for supervising financial activities, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and taxation, while ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Finance
Monitor the company’s cash flow, receipts, and disbursements.
Supervise Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Ensure accurate and timely bank reconciliations.
Control supplier payments, operational expenses, and supporting payment documents.
Assist in budget preparation and monitor actual expenditures against the budget.
Analyze selling prices, margins, costs, and product profitability.
Supervise purchasing activities and the preparation of Purchase Orders (PO).
Accounting
Supervise the recording of all financial transactions.
Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements.
Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other supporting reports.
Prepare financial reports by business unit and brand.
Reconcile general ledger accounts, inventory, AR, AP, and bank accounts.
Ensure that the monthly closing process is completed accurately and on time.
Supervise COGS calculations and inventory recording.
Prepare the data and supporting documents required for audits.
Tax
Supervise the calculation, payment, and reporting of the company’s tax obligations.
Handle VAT, Article 21 Income Tax, Article 23 Income Tax, Article 4(2) Final Income Tax, and other applicable taxes.
Understand Article 21 Income Tax calculations using the TER and Article 17 methods.
Perform tax reconciliations and equalizations between financial statements and tax reports.
Assist in preparing periodic tax returns and the annual corporate income tax return.
Ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian tax regulations.
Prepare documents for tax audits, SP2DK, or clarification requests from the tax authorities.
Coordinate with tax consultants and other external parties when required.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Lead, delegate, supervise, and evaluate the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.
Ensure that all team assignments are completed accurately and within the required deadlines.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal control systems.
Provide financial reports and analyses to management.
Coordinate with the Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Operations, and Human Resources teams.
