Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage production planning based on customer demand forecasts and inventory levels.
Ensure optimal inventory control to support production continuity while minimizing excess stock.
Coordinate with Production, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Quality to align planning activities.
Monitor production schedules and adjust plans according to customer requirements and operational capacity.
Lead material planning to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
Analyse demand trends, inventory performance, and production capacity to improve planning accuracy.
Establish KPIs and continuously improve PPIC processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Lead and develop the PPIC team to achieve departmental objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Planning.
At least 3 years of managerial experience leading a PPIC or Supply Chain team.
Strong knowledge of:
Production Planning
Inventory Management
Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
Demand Forecasting
Supply Chain Management
Experience in the Medical Device, Electronics, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as Business Central, SAP, etc.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
