Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Supervisor to lead sales initiatives, drive team performance, and support business growth at Cipta Ayu Sempurna, a sister company of PT Dewata Wibawa. Candidates with strong sales leadership experience and a solid understanding of marketing strategies will be highly preferred.
Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise sales team to achieve company targets
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and marketing activities
• Support promotional and branding initiatives across online and offline channels
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Supervisor, Marketing Supervisor, or related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and results-oriented
• Experience managing sales team and customer relationships
• Able to analyze sales performance and market opportunities
• Familiar with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
• Able to work independently and under pressure
