About the role

PT Visual Kreasindo Utama is seeking a talented 3D Draftsperson to join our creative team in West Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in transforming conceptual designs into detailed three-dimensional visual representations. As a 3D Draftsperson, you will be at the intersection of technical precision and creative vision, contributing to the development of high-quality visual content and design deliverables that define our company's output in the illustration and animation industry. This role is essential to our design workflow, ensuring that architectural and design concepts are accurately translated into compelling 3D models and visualisations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, Engineering, or a related field

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or other relevant 3D drafting and modeling software

• Able to prepare accurate 2D drawings and detailed 3D models

• Good understanding of technical drawings, construction details, and drafting standards

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Able to interpret design concepts and convert them into technical drawings

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines

• Willing to travel to project sites for measurements and site coordination when required

• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, finishes, and furniture specifications

• Creative with a good eye for aesthetics, color, and detail

• Able to prepare design proposals, mood boards, and client presentations

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Relevant work experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply
