Job description:
Assist in monitoring the sales forecast, customer booking progress, and coordinate with the sales team to prepare market updates for the various services
Participate in weekly meetings together with the trade manager and regional trade departments for market updates, sales performance, forecast, and obtain direction of the trade.
Coordinate with the various department and branch offices regarding space requirements
Working together with Sales team to drive volumes and achieve company’s target as per commercial guidelines.
To assist in any other reports as required by the managers
Requirements:
At least 5 years’ working experience in container shipping line as a trade coordinator.
Excellent in both written and spoken English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical skill and systematic person.
Fast learner and flexible.
Positive thinking and able to motivate others person.
Conflict management and be rational.
Open-minded, socializing and highly connected with people.
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience as a booking coordinator, Sales Analyst and/or Customer Service in related logistics field will be considered.
